In another case of liberal bias, the Wikipedia article on Kool-Aid does not mention President Obama or his 2008 campaign even once. Surprisingly, it does mention President George W. Bush. The image below was saved on February 1, 2009. Click it to enlarge:

This may seem at first glance to be a trivial matter, but consider the following:

A Google search of George Bush + Kool Aid produces 257,000 results.

A Google search of Obama + Kool Aid produces 1,280,000 results.

Not to mention the 89,000 image results:

ok

Furthermore, the Obama Kool-Aid phenomenon was so relevant during the 2008 presidential race, that it was written about in the following publications:

The Huffington Post

The Wall Street Journal

The Independent UK

Chicagoist

The Chicago Sun Times

Politico

Talking Points Memo

Israel News

Canada Free Press

And even…..

Newsweek (see the last line of the piece)

So what do you think? Could it be that someone added something about Obama’s campaign and Kool-Aid but it was deleted by partisan editors at Wikipedia? There have been documented instances of liberal bias at Wikipedia before as you may know.

Perhaps the editors at the oh-so-concerned-about-accuracy Wikipedia should add a little blurb about Obama on the Kool-Aid page.

If George W. Bush was worth a mention, Obama probably deserves his own dedicated section.

I can tell that this is not the first time you write about the topic. Why have you chosen it again?
