The Onion Finally Grows a Pair
We published a post several weeks ago that was critical of The Onion and Saturday Night Live. We were, and to a certain extent still are, disappointed that such leading outlets of political satire have not taken on Obama in the same way as all other presidents.
Unfortunately, you can’t read our critical post about The Onion because we lost it in our recent format transition.
HOWEVER… we believe in giving credit where it is due. The Onion has finally come through with a piece that is critical of of the American media’s fawning obsession with President Obama which also lampoons the president by default.
Congratulations to The Onion for being funny again.
