		<description>I hope you realize how preposterous it is at this point to &quot;demand&quot; some kind of states rights in light of the &quot;necessary and proper&quot; clause of the Constitution?  Not to mention that weakening the federal government is probably not the brightest idea given that we are now going into an era of massive international competition that is putting the US on the rocks, and undermining government attempts at centralization and greater national organization (read your history, you need it if you are going to compete) is a bad idea unless you like your kids speaking Spanish/Chinese.  I shouldn&#039;t have to live in some Holy Roman Empire wanna-be state while you get your political giggles off of secretly just not liking people telling you what to do.  Maybe I can&#039;t tell you what to do, but I&#039;m pretty sure if you actually were to succeed in making states/counties free of federal authority, then the Chinese will be.  Obsessively followed political ideology is a weakness that will be used against you by the world.</description>
