More and More Americans Being Turned Off by Democrats
Not to say things are much better for Republicans – they’re not.
However, just a few short months ago the Democrats had a party affiliation lead over Republicans by a pretty wide margin. Today, not so much. A new Gallup Poll shows just how far the Dems have sunk.
“PRINCETON, NJ — In August, an average of 45% of Americans identified as Democrats or leaned to the Democratic Party, while 40% identified as Republicans or leaned to the Republican Party. This 5-point advantage represents a decided narrowing of the gap between the parties from the 17-point Democratic advantage in January.”
One of the more Liberal readers of this blog has complained to me about the citation of Rasmussen polls and not Gallup which he feels is more accurate. Here ya go pal.
