“Carpet Muncher” is a politically correct term, right? After all, if “Teabagger” is OK, then why not Pole Smoker, or “homo?”
I digress…
Noted lefty Carpet Muncher, Rachel Maddow, has finally apologized for falsely accusing Rush Limbaugh of racism with unchecked statements which were made up out of thin air…
“On June 3, Rachel Maddow said during her TV show that Rush Limbaugh is the “guy who says the assassin of Martin Luther King, Jr. should get the Medal of Honor.”
“MADDOW: And finally, a quote falsely attributed to talk show host Rush Limbaugh recently resurfaced during the debate over whether or not he would or should be part of a group bidding to buy the St. Louis Rams football team.”
“To set the record straight, Rush Limbaugh apparently never said that Martin Luther King Jr.`s assassin should receive the Medal of Honor. And I was in error when we reported that we had. Mea culpa.”
No problem, boyish dyke.
We “Teabaggers” on the right accept your apology despite your lipstick appearance, diesel mouth and tuna stained breath. We strive to be as open minded as you are.
And by the way, thanks for opening up the world of homo slurs by flagrantly throwing around the term “Teabagger” as an acceptable insult.
After all, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Oh, please. You people were all whooping & hollering about “Teabagging” until someone told you what it means.
But do keep complaining about how “uncivil” everything is.
And take that bone out of your nose!!

Um, what do you mean, “you people….”

Incorrect. We used the word “Teabag” to describe our activisim / movement. “Teabagging” was what you bigoted, slope-browed pinheads called it. Liberals always attempt to drag things down to the gutter.

Awesome, couldn’t have hurled pithier invective myself.

I find it disappointing that you would go down to that level. Notice I do not say “their” level b/c I hardly think “tea bagger” is on the same level as “pole smoker”, “fag”, “dyke”, or “carpet muncher”. People kill themselves over those words and I find it immature to be so defensive about being called such a mundane word. Just b/c they jump off the bridge doesn’t mean you should too. Name calling will not accomplish anything. Somehow I think we have bigger issues to focus on… just saying.

You make an excellent point, John. I think I was just angry about what I perceive as a double standard. Your point is well taken though.
