Imitation Is The Sincerest Admission Of Failure

The 2012 DNC slogan sounds awfully familiar.

This must be what Obama meant by transparency. After all, you can see right through it!

Scott Brown in 2010: The People’s Seat.

Democrats in 2012: The People’s Convention.

Next thing you know Democrats will be saying they’ve been Taxed Enough Already.

  Browns’s was in reply to a misconception of the democrat party that Kennedy’s seat was their seat.

  The democrats who organized the convention, are just damned dirty socialists, and are telling you so to your face.

  They can’t be SERE-ous!?!?

  When I was in military “Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape” training back in the ’70s — yep, that dates me — the “enemy” was always “The People’s Democratic Republic”, aka, the PDR.

  ‘Twas a thinly veiled reference to all the “Peoples’” “Republics” — the Communist dictatorships of (North) Viet Nam, (N) Korea, China, etc. In fact, it seemed that every totalitarian regime on the planet had it’s “Peoples’ Army” and other “Peoples’” institutions, all geared to the continued suppression of the countries own people, and the conquest of neighboring people.

  So 35 years later, the US political party that’s always trying to dodge the tag of “Commie Lite” decides, on their own, to call their shindig “The Peoples Democratic Convention”?
