99 Percent? Elizabeth Warren Was Third Highest Paid At Harvard In 1997

Aren’t you tired of hearing rich liberals like Elizabeth Warren side with the #Occupy movement to demonize all the supposedly evil rich people?

According to a 1997 report from the Harvard Crimson, Elizabeth Warren’s compensation from Harvard University as far back as 14 years ago was $291,876. Adjusted for inflation, by today’s numbers that’s $411,408. Is it safe to assume she’s had a raise since then?

The same report says she also received a “mortgage subsidy” from the university. Mortgage subsidy is a fancy term for a personal bailout. Doesn’t this alone disqualify her as a member of the so called 99 percent?

From the Harvard Crimson 1997 archive…

Third was Gottlieb Professor of Law Elizabeth Warren, whose salary of $181,300 was higher than that of any other professor outside the administration.

Warren was also compensated for moving expenses, her mortgage was subsidized and she received an allowance in lieu of benefits contributions. Her total compensation, excluding a meager $253 for her benefit plan, was $291,876.

Here’s a print screen saved for posterity. Click to enlarge.

Despite Warren’s obvious wealth she continues to embrace the #Occupy movement to this day.

Massachusetts voters take note.

Elizabeth Warren is just another rich liberal academic with no idea how to create jobs.

She also isn’t volunteering any of her wealth for the disadvantaged.

She wants to redistribute yours.
