Have you heard that Paul McCartney stood in for Kurt Cobain at a benefit concert for victims of Hurricane Sandy?
How nice of him to do such a thing for charity. After all, everyone knows that The Beatles never did anything for profit. It was all about the music, man.
Which means this quote couldn’t possibly be accurate, right?

*Love* that quip. Sir Paul has nothing on Sir Mick (late of London School of Econ) … or Gene Simmons (of KISS fame) for that matter, on business acumen. Still, nice to see a closer capitalist peek out.
Well; I’ll throw in something nice. I hear John’s leftyism might also be a bit exaggerated.. or at least he wasn’t a hater when it came to conservatives.
