In Which Obama Fails To Mention A Single Instance Of Gun Violence in Chicago

On the same day as the Newtown massacre, 10 people were shot in Chicago. Yet today as Obama listed recent gun violence in America in order to justify gun control, he failed to mention a single instance in the windy city.
First, some statistics from Iowahawk.
Chicago, pop. 2.6 million. Iowa, pop. 3.1 million. More murders in Chicago since Jan 1, 2012 than in Iowa since Jan 1, 2002.

Barack Obama also failed to mention Ciudad Juárez, where his grisly “Fast and Furious” gun-running to drug cartel scum that leave body parts behind as calling cards produced separate bloodbaths, one in 2009, and the horrific “2010 birthday party massacre” that filled the gutters there with blood.
