DEFEND THE KING! Liberal Claws Come Out To Rip Bob Woodward
The left has become so damn predictable.
They have only one goal and that is to protect Obama at all costs. Now that Bob Woodward has threatened Obama, he must be discredited.
It doesn’t matter what kind of liberal pedigree you’ve honed over the years, if you say anything that makes Obama look bad, you will be punished.
Last June, Bill Clinton got a little too complimentary to Mitt Romney. Do you remember how that worked out? All of a sudden, liberals started suggesting Bill Clinton was getting senile.
Yes, that really happened.
Bob Woodward, who liberals have praised since the 1970′s for his coverage of Watergate is no exception.
Now that he presents a threat to Obama, the long knives are coming out.

Obama said it, I believe it, and that settles it.
Won’t change the fact that Bob Woodard has more journalistic skill and integrity in one of his nail parings than everybody in the present day MSM combined.
I agree. Even when was woodward was saying things repubs did not like, I always respected his investigative reporting skills, and that he always tried to have solid facts. These attacks against a giant like Woodward indicate how truly in the tank the MSM is for Obama.

Some reporters are so in the tank for Obama that they could see a video of Obama taking bribes from the Iranians, and they still would not beleive it or broadcast it.
They are who they (The William Frank Buckley Junior and others sooner) thought they were.
When I saw Buckley’s face there on the side strip I had this recollection of him on one of those intellectual politico talk shows of the sixties….my father watched…and at the time I was too young to know what he was talking about, even thought he was a bit stuffy in those days when “capitalist” always ended in “pig.” Oh for a Buckley now.

Notice that Woodward used the “if only Stalin knew” gambit, and implied Obama would put an end to such tactics. They’re not just protecting Obama, but his entire administration. It’s frightening.
The fact that Woodward is even trying to minimize the impact, and is still getting savaged by obamas MSM minions, indicates how truly mean spirited they are, and how totally in the tank for obama they are.
It is true that Woodward was still protecting the president he helped get elected, but once we step even a few feet back from the tree, we have a better chance of discerning its actual substance. I am noticing a general shifting in the media. Nothing to write home about, but I think the MSM has been described even by its own as lemmings in their “uniform message” that some of the lemmings are standing up and saying, “Well I am a lemming because I choose to be and agree with our lemming leader, but I am going to wear this little hat to set me apart.” And even that will be smacked down. It does not conform.

They are not wolves, they are propagandists. They would never turn on one of their own who was pro Obama. Woodward dared to say something truthful that was contrary to the latest propaganda line of the one. Even if he is a veteran investigative reporter, with one of the best reputations in history, they cant have any major MSM figure dare to say anything the one does not like.
It is the dark which hates any light thrown on the subject (or the “one”).

I did read it and first thought, “well, maybe the threat was implied, but that didn’t seem so bad,” but then the liberal media attack of Woodward since has validated the threat made to him. Just lethal, agist remarks, flushing his whole career. The first thing Woodward has ever said which actually reflects some measure of bipartisanship and they call him suddenly senile. Guess that means all the positive things he had written about Obama are also suspect then.
Good point. We might have thought that Woodward exagerated the threat, but now when the obama minions in the press are actually carrying out the threat, it does not look like exageration anymore.
And I think he was actually referring to the threating policy of this admnistration which has effectively muzzled younger reporters who are on much shakier ground than he is.
Have not always agreed with everything said by Woodward in his books, but believe he always calls them as he sees them…
Woodward made the error of being a real investigative journalist, and telling the truth, when the truth happened to harm obamas message, cant have that.
If the MSM were half way people-smart they would pretend to honor Woodward’s right to express an opposing opinion instead of now prooving his point by their hostile reaction to him. they just can’t seem to help themselves in wanting to “pulverize” anyone’s freedom which runs counter to their control. Inclusiveness, which has always been the liberal’s pose, is easier said than done.
I hadn’t always agreed with woodwards opinions, but I always respected him, because even when he was bashing repubs, he always had his facts right, and was always a good investigative journalist. My respect for him increases if he is brave enough to buck his fellow pro obama fascist propagandists in the journolist community. Woodward may be the last investigative journalist left, at least among the MSM, since the rest look like Obama propagandists.
I sure hope others will join in kind.
