You finally did it. You finally went belly up.
The important thing to remember is that you kept Democrats and their ruinous fiscal policies in place right up to the very end. Good for you!
Your state has had a Republican governor since 2011 but we all know that was too little too late. This isn’t his fault, he’s just dealing with your horrible choices.
Just think of it… Decades from now, people will look back on this moment and ask how a once great city managed to file the biggest case of municipal bankruptcy in United States history and your picture will be there.
We all knew you could do it…
