I agree with these protesters. Trying KSM in New York is a really dumb idea.

How can anyone disagree with Krauthammer on this? Why is Eric Holder setting this up as “the trial of the century?”

Could it be that the Obama Administration is trying to take our minds off the climbing unemployment rate? Their indecision on Afghanistan? Sarah Palin? All of the above?

Ponder the subject while you bask in Krauthammer’s glory…

I wrote about this earlier tonight but I couldn’t find a high quality video of the entire exchange so I recorded and uploaded the video to YouTube myself.

This is outrageous.

If you had any doubt about how out of touch the Obama Administration is about 9/11 and the prosecution of terrorists in New York City, rather than military tribunals, feast your eyes below.

Appearing on The O’Reilly Factor tonight, terrorist defense lawyer Scott Fenstermaker:

- Would not admit Americans were murdered on 9/11.

- Repeatedly disputed the number of people killed on 9/11.

- Said those who oppose the NYC trial are “against the rule of law.”

Wow. Go Lindsey. Holder’s inability to answer the questions is further proof that this administration is either totally inept on national security or is using the KSM trial for political purposes. Or both, which is more likely.

The Democrat talking point of the day is that they aren’t afraid of Kalid Sheikh Mohammed like all the wimpy conservatives who don’t want him tried in New York. Another classic example of liberals putting politics above national security.

Attorney General Eric Holder, defending his Obama’s decision to try KSM in New York said:

“I’m not scared of what Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has to say at trial and no one else needs to be afraid either,” Holder said. “We need not cower in the face of this enemy.”

Right on cue, liberal venom spewer Markos Moulitsas followed up with:

“American liberals are tough on terrorists and secure in their knowledge that the Sept. 11 conspirators are guilty of mass murder. American conservatives are timid cowards who fear that the U.S. government can’t actually prove that the Sept. 11 killers committed their heinous crimes.”

How is it cowardly to want KSM tried in a military tribunal and executed?

What’s really cowardly is that liberals can only advance their agenda through back doors in the dark of night since their ideas never survive the forum of public scrutiny.

What Holder, KOS, and company really want is a referendum on Bush, Cheney and company.

They can’t do it out in the open so they’re sacrificing national security to sneak it in through the back door and hoping no one notices.

That, my friends, is cowardice.

Dick Cheney speaks out frankly against Eric Holder and Obama on the decision to investigate the CIA. He also has a few things to add about our current state of national security.
