VIDEO: In Which Roger Ailes of FOX News Makes Arianna Huffington Look Like the Total Hypocrite She Is

Today on “This Week” guests Roger Ailes, the CEO of FOX News and Arianna Huffington had an interesting exchange where Huffinton tried to suggest to Ailes that FOX spreads misinformation and paranoia. The reply given by Ailes is excellent.

Here’s the video:

How ridiculous of Arianna to sit there and suggest that FOX promotes paranoia, meanness and misinformation. Has she never read her own publication? Did she miss these gems?

White Member of All White News Team Accuses Tea Party of Being Too Darn White

Unlike Chris Matthews of MSNBC, I have actually been to a Tea Party and believe it or not, there were plenty of people in attendance who were not white.

But that fact doesn’t fit the agenda being pushed by Chris Matthews and MSNBC. Facts get in the way when you’re trying to convince people that the Tea Party movement is the rebirth of the KKK.

Where are the black people at MSNBC, Chris? I guess racial diversity doesn’t apply at MSNBC, where the news team is as white as the driven snow.

MSNBCs All White Cast

Again, facts and blatant hypocrisy can’t get in the way of pushing liberal propaganda. So enjoy the following video which should make your blood boil if you’re an American who loves your liberty, regardless of your racial background.

Also notice how many times Matthews uses the word “teabaggers.” Accident? Probably not.

Hat tip to NewsBusters.

Night of Attempted Terror Attack, MSNBC Ran With “Disappearance at the Dairy Queen”

MSNBC didn’t cover the Detroit bombing attempt as the story broke on Christmas night. I didn’t know this because at the time I was watching FOX News, the non-news network which was providing comprehensive updates by the minute.

Mediaite covered MSNBC’s non-coverage as the news didn’t break:

“Tonight, the White House is calling an attempt to detonate a bomb aboard Northwest Flight 253 an attempted terror attack, by a man who himself claims to have been sent by al Qaeda — and MSNBC is showing “Disappearance at the Dairy Queen.” Fox and CNN are on the story with updated information and ongoing.”

“On CNN, Ed Henry is reporting from Hawaii, where President Obama’s vacation was just seriously interrupted; Fox has a counterterrorist expert on the phone talking about the incident and the potential ramifications. On MSNBC, Christina Brown broke in for about a minute with a quick report, before taking the audience back to their program. Now, Fox is interviewing a passenger, who was sitting in front of Abdulmutallab, who says that the security was pretty tight.

Read it all.

I’m so disappointed. Here I was getting all this “news” about the situation in Detroit by watching FOX when I could have been watching “Disappearance at the Dairy Queen” on MSNBC.

The Boston Globe’s Unique Take on Journalism and Objectivity

As if I needed another reason to dislike the Boston Globe, they are once again using their unique take on journalism and objectivity to sway the US Senate election in Massachusetts this January.

As noted by NewsBusters, the Boston Globe ran a piece on December 3rd where writer Derrick Z. Jackson began by proudly announcing:

“MARTHA COAKLEY will be the state’s next US senator.”

January election be damned. The Republican candidate Scott Brown doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell to be elected in Massachusetts anyway, right Derrick? Might as well just announce the winner now.

Furthermore, a quick look at the Globe’s website today reveals another subtle but very real bias that puts the desires of the Boston Globe on full display. Today, the day after the primary, the Globe printed a picture of the Democrat and Republican winners. It’s a photoshop of two separate pictures that have been fused together. See if you notice any discrepancy in the photo below.

Brown and Coakley in the Globe

Wasn’t it nice of the Boston Globe to use a picture of Martha Coakley that includes not only her name in big block letters but the address of her official website?

I wonder which candidate the Boston Globe wants to win.

Climategate Continues to Unfold…

Climategate, the scandal that showed global warming advocates were intentionally manipulating scientific data to advance an agenda, is continuing to unravel.

Christopher Booker at The Telegraph calls it “The Worst Scientific Scandal of Our Generation.”

“A week after my colleague James Delingpole, on his Telegraph blog, coined the term “Climategate” to describe the scandal revealed by the leaked emails from the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit, Google was showing that the word now appears across the internet more than nine million times. But in all these acres of electronic coverage, one hugely relevant point about these thousands of documents has largely been missed.”

“The reason why even the Guardian’s George Monbiot has expressed total shock and dismay at the picture revealed by the documents is that their authors are not just any old bunch of academics. Their importance cannot be overestimated, What we are looking at here is the small group of scientists who have for years been more influential in driving the worldwide alarm over global warming than any others, not least through the role they play at the heart of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).”

Andrea Peyser at the New York Post reveals that her daughter was recruited by the cult of Gore at school…

“When did global warming turn into a forced religion?”

“My daughter came home from school recently with a spring in her step and a song on her lips. With no foreshadowing — or time to call an exorcist — out came this chilling refrain:”

” . . . You can hear the warning — GLOBAL WARMING . . . “

“By the time her father and I removed our jaws from the floor, we had learned that:”

“A) All the kids had been coerced into singing this catchy ditty, which we called “The Warming Song,” at a concert for parents.”

“B) Further song lyrics scolded selfish adults (that would be us) for polluting our planet and causing a warming scourge that would, in no short order, kill all the polar bears and threaten the birds and bees.”

“C) There was no deprogramming session on the menu. And no arguing allowed.”

“The international “Climategate” scandal is now moving into its third week. And reaction from folks on the scientific and political left — or is that redundant? — who treat global warming as a cult in which naysayers must be crushed has been depressing:”

“Total denial.”

You’ve got that right, Andrea. Why else would Obama still be going to Copenhagen to talk climate change? And why won’t he or the media even utter the word Climategate?

How Bad Are Things for Obama?

So bad that lefty journalist Jack Cafferty of CNN is asking his readers “What Can President Obama Learn From Sarah Palin?”

“With President Obama now below 50 percent approval for the first time, New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd suggests the president could learn “a thing or three” from Sarah Palin.”

“Dowd writes that with the former V-P candidate back on the trail for her book tour, she clearly hasn’t boned up on anything and “she still has that Yoda-like syntax.”

“Meanwhile – it’s clear Sarah Palin is saying something people want to hear. She sold 300,000 copies of her memoir on the day of its release – one of the best openings ever for a nonfiction book, easily topping people like Hillary Clinton.”

“As for President Obama – the Gallup Daily Tracking poll puts his approval rating at 49 percent – the first time he’s dropped below 50 percent since taking office.”

“Here’s my question to you: What can President Obama learn from Sarah Palin?”

Here are a few of the choice quotes Jack Cafferty featured on the air and my responses:

Audrey from British Columbia:
He could learn that by being ignorant, vapid, divisive and stupid that the media will follow you around and make out that you are bigger and better than you really are. Sarah Palin is a “media phenom” and nothing else – just the fact that you have this question on your program should state the obvious to you.

ME:
You’re right Audrey. It’s too bad that the media doesn’t follow Obama around making him out to be bigger than he is. President Obama certainly isn’t a “media phenom.”

Chad from Alaska:
How to be a quitter in the middle of a term.

ME:
Good point Chad. At least Obama finished a single term as a US Senator before running for president. Oh wait.. He didn’t do that, did he?

Lisa says:
How to make bumper sticker catch-phrases sound like policy to 26% of the nation.

ME:
Lisa, do you mean empty catch-phrases like “Yes We Can?”

Thomas from Texas:
Not to wear shorts on the cover of news magazines if you are to be taken seriously as a politician.

ME:
Thomas, did no one at CNN tell you that Sarah Palin didn’t choose to have that photo on the cover of Newsweek? No, of course they didn’t.

Just a reminder… CNN is in last place among cable news networks.

Any wonder why?

How Liberals Think in Two Short Videos

Ever wondered how liberals think? Here’s a short but definitive crash course in two videos.

VIDEO 1: Josh Marshall of the liberal blog “Talking Points Memo” was REALLY freaked out by Sarah Palin’s suggestion that profiling Nidal Malik Hasan might have prevented the shootings at Fort Hood. (Note the unflattering screen capture.)

VIDEO 2: Chris Matthews of super-lefty network MSNBC has no problem whatsoever racially profiling people standing in line to get Sarah Palin’s autograph on her new book.

LIBERAL SUMMARY:

Profiling Islamic radicals who want to kill Americans is racism.

Profiling Americans who just want Sarah Palin to sign her book is acceptable.

Who is Andrew Sullivan Calling “WE?”

Andrew SullivanAndrew Sullivan’s latest Obama-idol-worshiping post is titled “We Have a President.”

Who is he calling “WE?”

Andrew Sullivan is not a United States citizen. Where does he get off using the term “WE” in a post about the President of the United States? Obama is not Andrew Sullivan’s president.

As much as Andrew Sullivan would hate to admit it, the politician who rules his world is Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

A more appropriate title for Sullivan’s Obama-love post would be “YOU Have a President.”

Sullivan’s attempt to insinuate himself as an American -which he is not- is akin to an American pundit suggesting that “WE Have a Queen” in Elizabeth II.

Unfortunately for Andrew Sullivan, “WE” Americans are not ruled by a queen.

Pun sort of intended…

Grayson Has Gone Too Far? Really?

From Politico:

“Republicans and Democrats slammed Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) for calling Linda Robertson, an adviser to Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, a “K Street whore” in a month-old radio interview that circulated on Capitol Hill Monday night.”

“There’s no call for that language. No call for it. That’s absurd. If he was standing here now, I’d say that to him,” said Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.)”

Democrats and media figures calling average Americans scrotum-sucking domestic terrorists elicited no outrage but Grayson’s use of the word “whore” to describe a lobbyist is just a bridge too far?

Really?

Congratulations to the DC and media elitists for finally catching up but compared to you guys, Grayson is a lightweight.

Here’s the video/audio:
