NBC is the parent company of MSNBC, the home of Keith Olbermann. You know him – he’s the guy who claimed that Massachusetts voters were racists for electing Scott Brown.

But how does NBC honor black history month? By serving fried chicken for lunch. How politically correct they are!

So who at NBC thought it would be a good idea for the special today to be, among other things, fried chicken, “in honor of Black History Month”?

Because, spoiler alert – it wasn’t a good idea at all. And now NBCU employee Questlove is bringing it to the attention of his 1 million plus Twitter followers.

Questlove, the band leader and drummer for The Roots (the house band on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon) tweeted this picture from the NBC Commissary at 30 Rock, with the comment: “Hmm HR?”

UPDATE: The chef who created this menu is a black woman who was certainly not trying to reinforce racial stereotypes. She should in no way be targeted or held responsible.

I still can’t stand NBC though….

Meanwhile, NBC News is asking employees to accept buyouts as threats of massive layoffs loom:

“NBC Universal executives have approached a large number of employees across its news divisions and bureaus, announcing that the company is looking for unspecified number of staffers to take voluntary buyouts. In a series of meetings with human resource managers, staffers at NBC News and MSNBC were told that if targets weren’t met voluntarily, employment challenges lurked ahead.”

Isn’t it obvious to anyone with a brain that FOX News is doing real news while NBC, MSDNC, ABC and CBS have become utterly obsolete?

Note to the aforementioned “media” outlets: Confidence is a tough thing to get back once you’ve lost it and by the way… you have.

IF anyone had any doubt that members of the “establishment media” in America were Obama cultists, put your skepticism aside. Brian Williams of NBC recently interviewed King Obama at the White house and at the conclusion of the segment, he bowed to the boy king.

Right Wing News points out that this falls right in line with Obama’s bow to the King of Saudi Arabia.

Way to go NBC! You’re the definition of objective journalism in America today!

Not to mention the links to General Electric, NBC, Jeff Immelt, George Soros, MoveOn, etc, etc, etc…

Talk about “must see TV.”

MSNBC and NBC are owned by General Electric, which you know if you’ve ever watched the O’Reilly Factor. Well, according to The Hollywood Reporter, things got rather heated today at a meeting between GE shareholders and CEO Jeff Immelt…

“Things got testy Wednesday at the GE shareholders meeting courtesy of several complaints about political bias at its media division, NBC Universal.”

“The crowd was very upset with MSNBC because of its leftward tilt,” one attendee said. “Some former employees said they were embarrassed by it.”

“One specific complaint about MSNBC concerned Keith Olbermann’s interview of actress Janeane Garofalo, who likened conservatives to racists and spoke of “the limbic brain inside a right-winger.”

Of course, the best part of this story is that one of the shareholders at the meeting was Jesse Waters of the aforementioned O’Reilly Factor which means this is sure to be a news segment on O’Reilly’s show sometime soon.

“One shareholder at the Orlando, Fla., meeting was Jesse Waters, a producer of “The O’Reilly Factor.” Waters asked a question at the meeting, then turned on the Fox News Channel cameras outside the venue and interviewed other shareholders who attended the meeting.”

In related news, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow is tanking in the ratings department.

“MSNBC show host Rachel Maddow has suffered some steep audience erosion in recent months, down more than 40 percent in viewership from her peak last fall during the election.”

“According to the Los Angeles Times, Maddow’s audience has gone from a high of 1.9 million viewers in the fall to just over 1.1 million in March. That’s a big drop.”

I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Rachel lacks a basic understanding of American history?

Anyone who supported John McCain but believed in real conservatism is a fan of Sarah Palin.

Furthermore, if you love Sarah Palin, you’re familiar with the extreme and ugly bias she received from the American media leading up to the election. Well now Sarah Palin finally gets a chance to address some of the absurd smears that were hurled towards her and her family.

John Ziegler, creator of How Obama Got Elected, sat down recently with Sarah Palin and asked her a few questions any Palin fan wants to hear answered.

Sarah Palin has class. She mentions the fact that Obama said his family members were off limits. Even so, she and her family were attacked. No reasonable person should blame Obama for that, but would be correct to blame the so called MSM.

A certain sick minded blogger who isn’t even an American citizen, has been pushing a disgusting rumor that Sarah Palin’s youngest son isn’t her own.

A certain hateful blog launched the rumor and a certain “news” network propagated the hateful whispers on the blogosphere as if it was factual, which it wasn’t.

Obama himself said that families were off limits but his obedient cult followers didn’t get the memo.

Now, many of these same morons want us to believe that Caroline Kennedy is qualified to be a United States Senator.

They think we forgot the misogyny and hate they espoused towards Sarah Palin and more specifically, her children.

They think that, you know, it’s fine to beat up Sarah Palin then ask softball questions of Caroline, just like they did with the Obamessiah.

Dear New York Times,

Drudge is currently reporting that NBC – National Barack Obama Company – has banned conservative author and pundit Ann Coulter…. for life.

I’m betting it’s because she had the audacity to criticize Michelle-O.
