VIDEO: Obama Zombie FAIL

Some members of the Obama Youth have made a new video to show that they’re ready and energized for the mid-term elections. In doing so they’ve embraced their status as Obama Zombies, a term invented by Human Events Editor, Jason Mattera.

By admitting that they’re zombies, aren’t they acknowledging their desperate need for brains?

I’ll give them a few points for dancing ability but I think they need a new lead singer.

Who sang the lead vocals? This girl?

Hat tip to Allahpundit who asks:

The way things are going for The One, is this in fact their best shot at mobilizing turnout?

Organizing For America: “President Obama is only a man…”

In the wake of Obama’s disastrous handling of the gulf oil disaster, Organizing For America is crafting a new image for The One – he is only a man. Really?

The Democrats of Mobile, Ala., have not forsaken President Obama, says Democratic activist Darlene Gay-Allen. But they have questions. Will scarce jobs become more scarce as the oil spill defiles their sliver of coastline on the gulf? Will it be safe to keep living in this city still recovering from Hurricane Katrina? Does Obama have any power to help them?

In answer, she cues up the music. “I’m Only a Man” by the Dells sometimes blares from a boombox as she registers voters around town and tries to persuade her neighbors to back the president during trying times.

“We try to explain to people it’s going to take time to get this all back on track,” said Gay-Allen, a volunteer for Organizing for America, a voter outreach group that grew out of the president’s vast grass-roots network during the 2008 campaign. “President Obama is only a man, and he’s doing the best he could.”

In Sarasota, Fla., where the oil has not yet reached the beaches but has already delivered a blow to the tourism industry, longtime Democratic activist Rick Farmer said his effort to win over voters has never been more difficult. The oil spill has deepened anxiety over persistent unemployment and an anemic housing market.

“I can’t tell you how much anger there is out there,” he said. “I have people ready to spit in my face.”

Forgive me if my sympathy level equals ZERO.

Maybe they should have said Obama is just a man when the media was repeatedly crowning Him with halos.

Obama Supporters Send Vicious Anti-Semitic Hate Mail to New York Post Journalist

Michael Goodwin of the New York Post (who is not Jewish) recently got a taste of Obama’s anti-Semitic base.

Behold the “tolerance” and open arms of the left….

The first e-mail comes from a frequent writer, typos and all.

“U try to make ‘our’ president a pro muslim, when your ‘Jewish’ nation is the cause of most of our problems. Your PM is nothing more than a terrorist, but u defend him. I told u before, when u were in Israel, stay there.”–Bob De John

“Another Holocaust is on the way,” wrote Janice Wijnen. “What will history say about the Jews? They were the missing links between apes and human beings.”

Yes, some writers support Obama’s stance in legitimate ways. They show that there is room for honest disagreement and that criticism of Israel, whether from the president or other Americans, does not have to be anti-Semitic.

But most of the critical reaction I get when I fault Obama’s policies is anti-Semitic. Some of it is violent in tone, wishing me and my family death and suggesting the world would be a better place if Hitler had succeeded.

Where could Obama’s base have heard and embraced such a vile message?

Maybe here:

Wingnut Attacks Palin: Paging the Left Wing Alarmists…

Jeremy OlsonLeft wing idiots have been blogging to the rooftops for months about all the supposed threats on the life of President Obama. Funny thing is, there hasn’t been an attack on President Obama’s life. Why? Because conservatives – even though they disagree with Obama’s policies – respect the fact that he is the President of the United States.

It’s only leftist scumbags who launch physical attacks on their perceived enemies…

“BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (FOX 9) – A man was arrested for throwing tomatoes at Sarah Palin during her book signing on Monday at the Mall of America.”

“Jeremy Olson, 33, allegedly threw two tomatoes from the second balcony, however did not come close to hitting Palin.”

“Bloomington Police report that Bloomington Commander Mark Stehlik was struck in the face with one of the tomatoes and may face charges for assaulting a police officer. Olson was booked at the Bloomington jail. He was arrested for suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct.”

Classy. I hope Democrats are proud of their violent, hateful progeny.

Sarah Palin Finally Gets Back at the “Birthers”

Sarah Palin is finally getting back at the hardcore Obama supporters known as the “Birthers.”

The birthers are a fringe left-wing political movement who are advancing an absurd theory that Sarah Palin didn’t actually give birth to her youngest infant child, Trig.

The leader of the birther movement is Andrew Sullivan, a British citizen and blogger who has been living in the United States for years, trying to influence American politics despite the fact that he – unlike Sarah Palin – is not an American citizen and can’t vote in American elections.

Sullivan is a gay man, yet he is strangely obsessed with Sarah Palin’s reproductive organs.

Sarah Palin appeared on the Rusty Humphries Radio Show today and advocated a smear campaign against President Obama for 2012 which was considerably less nasty than the one Obama supporters used against her in 2008.

Liberals were predictably outraged.

“How dare that sexist c–t use our own smear tactics against us!”

Said an unidentified sophomore at U Mass, Amherst as she clung to a tattered copy of Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals.”

A young man in a flannel shirt also piped up.

“The Republicans are fascists who want everyone to think the same way. You can ask all of my friends and they’ll tell you the exact same thing!”

University authorities could not be reached for comment.

UPDATE: Linked at “The Week” behind Daily KOS but ahead of Hot Air? Wow.

Liberals Are OK With Using Prayer to Push ObamaCare?

American leftists are quick to cry foul when they see any combination of religion and politics on the conservative side, but it's a different story if religion can be used to promote their agenda.

American leftists are quick to cry foul when they see any combination of religion and politics on the conservative side, but it’s a different story if religion can be used to promote their agenda.

Case in point? Liberals recently held faith based “prayer vigils” in favor of ObamaCare at Senator Joe Lieberman’s house in Connecticut…

Talking Points Memo:

“A growing number Connecticut’s religious leaders are calling on Sen. Joe Lieberman to appeal to a higher power and change his mind about including a public option in a health care reform bill. Last night, hundreds of reform supporters from congregations across the state held a candlelight vigil outside Lieberman’s home in Stamford, CT.”

SEIU:

On Sunday, members of the Connecticut faith community staged a candlelight vigil outside Sen. Joe Lieberman’s home in Connecticut. The Stamford Advocate reported, “clergy from several religious dominations prayed in three languages outside the fourth-term senator’s home, surrounded by a crowd the Fire Marshal’s Office estimated to number nearly 500.”

My Left Nutmeg:

“This has to send a potent message to Lieberman. The symbolism is simply stunning. Rabbis protesting outside Joe Lieberman’s home in Stamford? Dan Malloy? Who thought they’d ever see this happening?”

Connecticut Bob:

“Over 500 clergy, parishioners, and residents attended a prayer vigil outside the Stamford home of Sen. Joe Lieberman last night to protest the senator’s promise to block a vote on health care reform.”

Huffington Post:

“More than 400 Connecticut residents, health care reform advocates, and clergy attended an evening prayer vigil that began at Senator Joe Lieberman’s Alma Mater, Stamford High School.”

This is a typical double standard which everyone remembers from the 2008 presidential election.

Sarah Palin’s religious beliefs were continually twisted into lies:

“Three months before she was thrust into the national political spotlight, Gov. Sarah Palin was asked to handle a much smaller task: addressing the graduating class of commission students at her one-time church, Wasilla Assembly of God. Speaking before the Pentecostal church, Palin painted the current war in Iraq as a messianic affair in which the United States could act out the will of the Lord.”

Yet Obama’s documented radical religious connections were no problem at all:

“Of all the strange features of this presidential race, the tarnishing of Barack Obama has got to be the most ridiculous. First Obama was accused of anti-religious elitism. Then he was accused of identifying with the underclass anger of his spiritual mentor. Excuse me, but which is it? Start with Obama’s turbulent preacher. Yes, Jeremiah Wright says some disgraceful things. But can anyone explain how that changes Obama’s qualities as a candidate?”

You guys on the left have no business holding “prayer vigils” for ObamaCare or anything else for that matter.

Don’t think this will be forgotten when you’re thrown out of power.

Tick tick tick tick tick tick………

Who is Andrew Sullivan Calling “WE?”

Andrew Sullivan's latest Obama worshiping post is titled "We Have a President." Who is he calling "WE?"

Andrew SullivanAndrew Sullivan’s latest Obama-idol-worshiping post is titled “We Have a President.”

Who is he calling “WE?”

Andrew Sullivan is not a United States citizen. Where does he get off using the term “WE” in a post about the President of the United States? Obama is not Andrew Sullivan’s president.

As much as Andrew Sullivan would hate to admit it, the politician who rules his world is Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

A more appropriate title for Sullivan’s Obama-love post would be “YOU Have a President.”

Sullivan’s attempt to insinuate himself as an American -which he is not- is akin to an American pundit suggesting that “WE Have a Queen” in Elizabeth II.

Unfortunately for Andrew Sullivan, “WE” Americans are not ruled by a queen.

Pun sort of intended…

New Series “V” Will Hold a Mirror Up To The Obots

The new TV series "V", which is actually a remake of a 1980's miniseries, debuts tonight on ABC at 8 pm. While the series will follow the storyline of the original - aliens come to Earth looking like nice people but turn out to be people eating lizards - the remake has a rather "yes we can" flavor to it.

The new TV series “V”, which is actually a remake of a 1980′s miniseries, debuts tonight on ABC at 8 pm. While the series will follow the storyline of the original – aliens come to Earth looking like nice people but turn out to be people eating lizards – the remake has a rather “yes we can” flavor to it.

TV critic and libertarian Glenn Garvin writes:

“Imagine this. At a time of political turmoil, a charismatic, telegenic new leader arrives virtually out of nowhere. He offers a message of hope and reconciliation based on compromise and promises to marshal technology for a better future that will include universal health care.”

“The news media swoons in admiration — one simpering anchorman even shouts at a reporter who asks a tough question: “Why don’t you show some respect?!!” The public is likewise smitten, except for a few nut cases who circulate batty rumors on the Internet about the leader’s origins and intentions. The leader, undismayed, offers assurances that are soothing, if also just a tiny bit condescending: “Embracing change is never easy.”

“So, does that sound like anyone you know? Oh, wait — did I mention the leader is secretly a totalitarian space lizard who’s come here to eat us?”

“Welcome to ABC’s V, the final, the most fascinating and bound to be the most controversial new show of the fall television season. Nominally a rousing sci-fi space opera about alien invaders bent on the conquest (and digestion) of all humanity, it’s also a barbed commentary on Obamamania that will infuriate the president’s supporters and delight his detractors.”

And right on cue, the ever snarky Obama-loving gossip site Gawker is already denouncing the show.

Brian Moylan writes:

“…There’s even a religious rebel named Father Jack, which is basically an anagram of George W. Bush.”

“The birthers will be lapping up a show about a foreign-born president who comes to snatch society out of their clutches, and Glenn Back (spelling anyone?) and his cronies will love to see a media that is overtaken by liberals and keeps the truth away from the “real Americans.” But what will everyone else think?”

“We find it hard to believe that thinly-veiIed conservative propaganda will find a strong foothold with the core sci-fi audience, and as for those leaning to the right, they tend to like their entertainment much more straightforward.”

But the real money quote from Gawker comes at the end…

“Our prognosis, keep picking on the president and the only letters that V will get are D.O.A.”

Awww. Does it make you angwy when people make fun of the pwesident, Bwian?

Here’s the trailer for the show:

Remember When The Tea Parties Were Called “Astroturf?”

What the hell do you call this?

Astro“It’s not even noon on the West Coast and already Capitol Hill staffers say they’re getting nonstop calls from constituents in support of President Barack Obama’s health insurance reform. At about 2:15 EST, Organizing for America (OFA) surpassed it’s goal of 100,000 phone calls to Congress, each one imploring representatives to vote for reform.”

“The nationwide “Time to Deliver on Health Reform” event is the most massive outpouring of support from Obama supporters since Election Day 2008.”

Tea Partyers organize and they’re denounced as astroturf. Obots do it and then announce how proud they are of it.

Obama Unsatisfied With Endless Fawning Press Coverage

The Obama Administration saying they're "taking on the media" is like the Beatles saying "We're taking on these negative teenyboppers." Please.

From the department of “You’re kidding, right?”

Time Magazine writes:

“Calling ‘Em Out: The White House Takes on the Press”

“The take-no-prisoners turn has come as a surprise to some in the press, considering the largely favorable coverage that candidate Obama received last fall and given the President’s vows to lower the rhetorical temperature in Washington and not pay attention to cable hyperbole. Instead, the White House blog now issues regular denunciations of the Administration’s critics, including a recent post that announced “Fox lies” and suggested that the cable network was unpatriotic for criticizing Obama’s 2016 Olympics effort.”

To be fair, as of November of 2008, Obama had only been on the cover of Time Magazine 23 times.

The editor of Newsweek called Obama “God” last June but that doesn’t count because he said “sort of.”

The Obama Administration saying they’re “taking on the media” is like the Beatles saying they’re “taking on crazed teenyboppers.”

Please.
