Leftist Shill Dana Milbank: Obama’s Like a 12 Year Old

I never thought I’d agree with Dana Milbank but as they say, there’s a first time for everything…

“You must always remember that the president is about 6.”

This advice was offered more than 100 years ago by a British friend of Teddy Roosevelt’s. The nation has matured since then, and so has the presidency. Now the president is about 12.

While President Obama’s wife and younger daughter were conducting international relations in Majorca on Sunday with Spain’s King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia, the commander in chief was at home hosting a fantasy camp for himself. He and his buddies had a birthday weekend barbecue and basketball game with LeBron James, Alonzo Mourning, Magic Johnson and other legends of the sport.

The day before, it was a four-hour golf outing for Obama and the boys. On Monday, he hosted the Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints at the White House and talked about his own exploits on the gridiron last year with Saints quarterback Drew Brees. “He tossed me a nice tight spiral that I then lateraled to a kid on [Dallas Cowboys linebacker] DeMarcus Ware’s shoulders,” the president recalled. “I also want to point out I beat [Pittsburgh Steelers safety] Troy Polamalu over the middle on that throw.” Obama turned to Brees. “You remember?”

Boys will be boys — even if they’re presidents.

Read it all.

Does this mean that Dana Milbank agrees with Rush Limbaugh???

Rush has been calling Obama a “man-child” for a long time…

“I Never Knew I Had This Much Hate In Me.”

Progressives rarely do, Sarah.

Sarah Spitz, the lefty Journolister whose utter lack of humanity was shown yesterday by the Daily Caller has apologized. What a difference public exposure of her conservative death fantasies have made…

I made poorly considered remarks about Rush Limbaugh to what I believed was a private email discussion group from my personal email account. As a publicist, I realize more than anyone that is no excuse for irresponsible behavior. I apologize to anyone I may have offended and I regret these comments greatly; they do not reflect the values by which I conduct my life.

Bullshit.

You got caught with your vicious lefty pants down and that’s the only reason you’re sorry now.

Notice how far out of their way NPR goes to clarify that Sarah Spitz is not now nor has she ever been an employee of NPR…

In fact, Spitz has never been an NPR employee. For many years, she has worked for KCRW, a public radio station in Santa Monica, California, as a producer and publicist.

KCRW is one of some 900 independently-operated public radio stations across the country that air NPR’s news, talk and entertainment programming. Like network TV affiliates, they air national programming but act autonomously.

Nice statement.

Check the mail for my donation around the time hell freezes over.

Your Tax Dollars At Work: NPR Producer Openly Wished For Rush Limbaugh’s Painful Death

I am so fucking angry right now I can barely tpye…

If you were in the presence of a man having a heart attack, how would you respond? As he clutched his chest in desperation and pain, would you call 911? Would you try to save him from dying? Of course you would.

But if that man was Rush Limbaugh, and you were Sarah Spitz, a producer for National Public Radio, that isn’t what you’d do at all.

In a post to the list-serv Journolist, an online meeting place for liberal journalists, Spitz wrote that she would “Laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out” as Limbaugh writhed in torment.

In boasting that she would gleefully watch a man die in front of her eyes, Spitz seemed to shock even herself. “I never knew I had this much hate in me,” she wrote. “But he deserves it.”

Spitz’s hatred for Limbaugh seems intemperate, even imbalanced. On Journolist, where conservatives are regarded not as opponents but as enemies, it barely raised an eyebrow.

I don’t even need to ask how the MSM would react if Glenn Beck had openly wished for the death of Rachel Maddow because everyone knows it would be a front page story. Let alone the fact that liberal talk radio host Mike Malloy recently said that he hopes Glenn Beck commits suicide.

At least… AT LEAST, Mike Malloy’s show isn’t subsidized with public money. National PUBLIC Radio on the other hand is a different story.

Sarah Spitz of KCRW in Santa Monica, California needs to be introduced to another form of public funding – The unemployment line.

Is Everybody Aware That Rush Limbaugh and Obama Have the Exact Same Opinion on Gay Marriage?

I’m just asking because I know that if I polled average people as I walked down the street, NO ONE would answer this question correctly.

Here’s an excerpt from the new book about Rush Limbaugh called “An Army of One” which offers some details that might surprise you…

“Atypically, Limbaugh didn’t say a word on the air about Sykes’ routine, or the fact that the president of the United States had smiled broadly, in front of the entire country, about the prospect of his death. He was disconcerted, though, and he was right to be. He was in first place on the enemies list of the president of the United States.”

Limbaugh is also in favor of homosexual civil unions, according to Chafets.

“He regards homosexuality as, most probably, biologically determined, and while he opposes gay marriage as culturally subversive, he has no problem with gay civil unions – which is the stance of President Obama and Hillary Clinton,” the author explains.

In related news, DADT repeal seems well under way.

To give credit where it’s due, the British have allowed gay people to serve openly in the military since Monty Python…

Evil Wall Street Fat Cats Gave Obama a Cool Million

The Democrats know they can’t run against the Washington establishment in 2010 and 2012 because, well, they are the Washington establishment. So in their quest to find a new “bad guy” to run against, they’re looking to Wall Street.

Unfortunately for them, there’s one little problem with that strategy…

Goldman Sachs and its employees and family members gave $5.9 million to candidates in the 2007-2008 election cycle, the Washington-based center’s data shows. Three-quarters of that went to Democrats, the non-partisan group said.

Wall Street provided three of Obama’s seven biggest sources of contributors for his presidential bid. In 2007 and 2008, Goldman Sachs employees and family members gave him $994,795, Citigroup Inc. $701,290, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. $695,132.

Remember when Democrats/the media were all up in arms about ENRON’s campaign contributions to George W. Bush? This is much worse…

Campaign contributions from Goldman Sachs employees to President Obama are nearly seven times as much as President Bush received from Enron workers, according to numbers on OpenSecrets.org.

But the mere $151,722.42 (inflation adjusted) in contributions from Enron-affiliated executives, employees, and PACs to Bush hardly add up to Obama’s $1,007,370.85 (inflation adjusted) from Goldman-affiliated executives and employees.

Say what you will about Rush Limbaugh, but he’s no conspiracy theorist. He suggested on his show yesterday that the Goldman Sachs scandal goes much deeper than anyone realizes.

When Did Roger Ebert Become Such an Asshole?

My apologies for the profanity in the title but there’s just no other way to say it. Roger Ebert has become a real major asshole and I don’t think I know when it happened.

When I was a kid, Roger Ebert was a chubby likable guy who sat in a TV studio made to look like a movie theater audience and talked about movies with his now deceased business partner Gene Siskel.

The Roger Ebert of today is a venomous victim of Bush Derangement Syndrome, Palin Derangement Syndrome and Tea Party Hatred Disorder all wrapped up in one. Does he even care about movies anymore?

Today, Ebert snidely Tweeted out: Tea-Baggers: How do you score on this civics and literacy test?

When Scott Brown won the Massachusetts senate race, Ebert obnoxiously Twittered: Massachusetts to Teddy: “F–k You.”

On January 14th, Ebert published an article in which he suggested Rush Limbaugh should be “horse whipped.”

“You should be horse-whipped for the insult you have paid to the highest office of our nation.”

Who is this asshole and what has he done with Roger Ebert the film critic?

Pam Meister at Big Hollywood notes that Ebert is alienating many of his own fans.

Did Ebert stop to consider how many of those ”teabaggers” might be Ebert fans who follow him on Twitter? I wonder how many of them read his movie reviews for guidance on their entertainment choices. But like so many of the entertainment world elite, if you disagree with him, you’re a dumbkopf who deserves to be insulted, regardless of whether or not you are a consumer of his product.

David Horowitz of NewsRealBlog notices that Ebert’s politics have even worked their way into his reviews.

But like the rest of the liberal press since the Bush Administration, Ebert has become more openly partisan, and his reviews—still published under the aegis of the Chicago Sun Times and syndicated to places which have eliminated film critics like my hometown newspaper The Flint Journal– are often nothing but political lectures.

There are many times when someone can “dial it back” when they realize they’ve gone too far. I don’t think Ebert has any plans to do that but it wouldn’t matter for me anyway.

I don’t know what happened to Roger.

Thumbs down.

Limbaugh and Malkin Warn Republicans To Stay Away From Obama’s Health Care Summit

President Obama has invited Republicans to a health care summit but influential conservatives such as Michelle Malkin and Rush Limbaugh are warning the GOP that it could be a trap.

First, Michelle Malkin says:

Please.

The White House spends a full year trashing Republicans for having no ideas on health care reform.

The White House spend a full year promising transparency while subverting it.

And now, after a year’s worth of closed backroom meetings and midnight holiday weekend legislative sessions in which Republicans had severely curtailed ability to offer amendments, President Obama wants to invite them to a televised health care summit to talk about the GOP alternatives he said didn’t exist?

Rush Limbaugh agrees…

And what do you know? The Washington Post is now reporting that the Republican Party might be listening…

Leading House Republicans raised the prospect Monday night that they may decline to participate in President Obama’s proposed health-care summit if the White House chooses not to scrap the existing reform bills and start over.

In a letter to White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, House Minority Leader John A. Boehner (Ohio) and Minority Whip Eric Cantor (Va.) expressed frustration about reports that Obama intends to put the Democratic bills on the table for discussion at the summit, which would be held Feb. 25.

“If the starting point for this meeting is the job-killing bills the American people have already soundly rejected, Republicans would rightly be reluctant to participate,” Boehner and Cantor wrote.

How does that old saying go? Fool me once…

Four Words That Have Changed the Political Landscape

“It’s the people’s seat.”

About 24 hours ago, I uploaded a short video on YouTube of Massachusetts senate candidate Scott Brown, in which he declared to debate moderator David Gergen “With all due respect, it’s not the Kennedy’s seat, it’s not the Democrats’ seat, it’s the people’s seat.” At the time of this writing, just 24 hours later, that video has been viewed over 270,000 times.

Last night and today, the video was embedded or linked on countless blogs and was even featured on the Drudge Report. That moment of the debate was discussed by Rush Limbaugh on his radio show today and the video was embedded on his website.

Scott Brown was able to summarize a national zeitgeist in four simple words, “it’s the people’s seat.”

Those four words confirmed for many Americans, what they have felt for months. That our elected representatives have forgotten that their seats belong to us, not them. A mere 24 hours after Brown uttered these words, they have already become an auto-fill statement on Google.

Its The Peoples Seat

That Scott Brown was able to articulate this so eloquently, proves that he has not forgotten what it means to serve the people and for that, he deserves the the trust of Massachusetts voters and Americans from every other state.

Scott Brown is what America needs more of in our elected officials. An understanding that they represent the will of the American people. As a libertarian and a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I will cast my vote for Brown on January 19th for one simple reason.

I trust him.
