VIDEO: Obama The Broken Record

You know that old record that has a scratch and keeps skipping and skipping in the same place so you hear the same part of the song over and over again? Well, feast your eyes on this new video from Talking Points Memo, normally one of the president’s greatest cheerleaders. I think they’re getting frustrated.

When Will Hot Air, Patterico and Red State Join the White House Press Pool?

Last month, the liberal website Talking Points Memo, joined the White House press pool.

Today, we learn the liberal website The Huffington Post is joining the White House press pool.

When will the White House press pool include Hot Air, Patterico and Red State?

I look forward to an official White House report from Hot Air’s Allahpundit that starts with the words “obligitory” or “heartache.”

Seriously though, how would HuffPo and TPM react if the shoe was on the other foot?

Indulge me as I state the obvious… Democrats won’t be in control forever and elephants never forget.

How Liberals Think in Two Short Videos

Ever wondered how liberals think? Here's a short but definitive crash course in two videos.

Ever wondered how liberals think? Here’s a short but definitive crash course in two videos.

VIDEO 1: Josh Marshall of the liberal blog “Talking Points Memo” was REALLY freaked out by Sarah Palin’s suggestion that profiling Nidal Malik Hasan might have prevented the shootings at Fort Hood. (Note the unflattering screen capture.)

VIDEO 2: Chris Matthews of super-lefty network MSNBC has no problem whatsoever racially profiling people standing in line to get Sarah Palin’s autograph on her new book.

LIBERAL SUMMARY:

Profiling Islamic radicals who want to kill Americans is racism.

Profiling Americans who just want Sarah Palin to sign her book is acceptable.

Liberals Are OK With Using Prayer to Push ObamaCare?

American leftists are quick to cry foul when they see any combination of religion and politics on the conservative side, but it's a different story if religion can be used to promote their agenda.

American leftists are quick to cry foul when they see any combination of religion and politics on the conservative side, but it’s a different story if religion can be used to promote their agenda.

Case in point? Liberals recently held faith based “prayer vigils” in favor of ObamaCare at Senator Joe Lieberman’s house in Connecticut…

Talking Points Memo:

“A growing number Connecticut’s religious leaders are calling on Sen. Joe Lieberman to appeal to a higher power and change his mind about including a public option in a health care reform bill. Last night, hundreds of reform supporters from congregations across the state held a candlelight vigil outside Lieberman’s home in Stamford, CT.”

SEIU:

On Sunday, members of the Connecticut faith community staged a candlelight vigil outside Sen. Joe Lieberman’s home in Connecticut. The Stamford Advocate reported, “clergy from several religious dominations prayed in three languages outside the fourth-term senator’s home, surrounded by a crowd the Fire Marshal’s Office estimated to number nearly 500.”

My Left Nutmeg:

“This has to send a potent message to Lieberman. The symbolism is simply stunning. Rabbis protesting outside Joe Lieberman’s home in Stamford? Dan Malloy? Who thought they’d ever see this happening?”

Connecticut Bob:

“Over 500 clergy, parishioners, and residents attended a prayer vigil outside the Stamford home of Sen. Joe Lieberman last night to protest the senator’s promise to block a vote on health care reform.”

Huffington Post:

“More than 400 Connecticut residents, health care reform advocates, and clergy attended an evening prayer vigil that began at Senator Joe Lieberman’s Alma Mater, Stamford High School.”

This is a typical double standard which everyone remembers from the 2008 presidential election.

Sarah Palin’s religious beliefs were continually twisted into lies:

“Three months before she was thrust into the national political spotlight, Gov. Sarah Palin was asked to handle a much smaller task: addressing the graduating class of commission students at her one-time church, Wasilla Assembly of God. Speaking before the Pentecostal church, Palin painted the current war in Iraq as a messianic affair in which the United States could act out the will of the Lord.”

Yet Obama’s documented radical religious connections were no problem at all:

“Of all the strange features of this presidential race, the tarnishing of Barack Obama has got to be the most ridiculous. First Obama was accused of anti-religious elitism. Then he was accused of identifying with the underclass anger of his spiritual mentor. Excuse me, but which is it? Start with Obama’s turbulent preacher. Yes, Jeremiah Wright says some disgraceful things. But can anyone explain how that changes Obama’s qualities as a candidate?”

You guys on the left have no business holding “prayer vigils” for ObamaCare or anything else for that matter.

Don’t think this will be forgotten when you’re thrown out of power.

Tick tick tick tick tick tick………

Leftist Blogs Suddenly Concerned About the Race Card

Talking Points Memo, a lefty Obama worshiping blog is suddenly concerned about the political race card. Why? Because the black man they perceive to be playing said card is Republican Chairman Michael Steele. You see, it's only racism when Conservatives/Republicans/Libertarians point out their hypocrisy.

Talking Points Memo, a lefty Obama worshiping blog is suddenly concerned about the political race card. Why? Because the black man they perceive to be playing said card is Republican Chairman Michael Steele.

You see, it’s only racism when Conservatives/Republicans/Libertarians point out the hypocrisy of the left.

While I’m on this thread, let me point out that a genius from the Huffington Post named Matt Osborne penned a piece today which downplays Obama’s propaganda partnership with the NEA.

“Nevertheless, Courrielche argues that since art groups accept grants from the NEA, the NEA is “tainting the creative process by encouraging the art community to address highly controversial political issues.” Which is odd, since there’s nothing controversial about the 9/11 Day of Service — unless, of course, you happen to be a member of the Ayn Rand cult, or you think the day would best be used to inspire hatred and fear of brown people.”

Hatred and fear of “brown people?”

You scumbag. You hateful, fear politicking, scumbag.

You sir, are the racist. You sir, are the one who is trying to inspire fear and hatred based solely on race and purely for the furtherance of a political agenda. It is disgusting and you should be ashamed.

Mr. Osborne mentions in his bio: Matt Osborne has been blogging forever but has yet to see his first check from George Soros. Let me explain that for you Matt… You see the capitalist who owns the Huffington Post is keeping all of the capital for herself.

And by the way, I assume by the “Ayn Rand Cult” remark, that you were referring to Libertarians since you linked the term to Reason Magazine. I find it ironic when Obama supporters talk about “cults.”

They say a picture is worth a thousand Obots words.

Lefty Blogger Spins Lies About Conservatives and Violence

Political violence is and always has been the hallmark of the left, Josh. Own it.

Josh Marshall, the leftist who founded Talking Points Memo, is writing lies about Conservatives. He’s pushing the idea that Conservatives are all fringe nuts who are violent.

Today he writes:

“As we track the escalating number of incidents of right-wing fringers bringing guns to Obama events or other health create town hall events, we are, unsurprisingly, seeing various conservative websites mocking the public concern. “Oh, those Dems, they go all wobbly just because a few upstanding citizens show up with legal firearms.” Call it the new girly-manism, it’s a sign that Democrats are so many political panty-waists because they’ve never seen the gun culture up close or just get easily rattled.”

“But let’s be honest about what this is about. The right — the modern American right — has a very troubled history with political violence. The ideological pattern is clear going back at least thirty years and arguably far longer. A simple review of the 1990s, particularly 1993, 1994, culminating in many respects in the tragic 1995 bombing of the Oklahoma City Federal building in April 1995 tells the tale. Mix in the militias, the thankfully inept attempt on President Clinton’s life a few months before Oklahoma City Francisco Duran and it’s all really not a pretty picture.”

Has Josh been alseep for the last 50 years? I’ll give him Tim McVeigh. McVeigh was a right wing nutbag and what he did was unforgiveable.

HOWEVER, when it comes to violent fringe nutbags, the left has always cornered the market.

ayersmugLook no further than President Obama’s pal Bill Ayers and his terrorist group The Weather Underground. Here’s a man who committed numerous acts of appalling violence against the United States. Lucky for Billy, he came from a family of influence which made it possible for him to avoid any jail time. He now holds a cushy job as an “Education Professor” at a state run university in Illinois.

I would also remind Josh that Lee Harvey Oswald, the assassin who killed Kennedy was a self avowed lefty whack job as was Sirhan Sirhan, the man who killed Robert Kennedy.

And while we’re on this little trip down lefty whack job memory lane, how about the RNC Welcoming Committee, a group of lefty activists who were arrested last fall in the days before the Republican National Convention. The RNC Welcoming Committee was found in their hidden Minneapolis headquarters with buckets of human urine, machetes, knives, metal pipes, flammable liquids, axes and sledgehammers.

RNC Welcoming Committee Contraband

While I don’t think it’s a good idea for Conservatives to attend public meetings with firearms, the fact remains that no laws were broken and so far there hasn’t been any violence except the beating up of a black conservative by thugs from SEIU.

Josh Marshall and his pals on the left can try to spin it all they want, but the violence isn’t coming from conservatives.

Political violence is and always has been the hallmark of the left, Josh.

Own it.
