Criticism of Susan Rice is Sexist Say Dems, Sarah Palin Unavailable for Comment

November 16, 2012

How dare Senator John McCain demand an investigation of Benghazi?

As Jim Treacher says…

Sure, our ambassador was murdered and the Obama administration is lying about it, but the real story is that McCain is a grouch… Here’s the rule: When a Republican screws up, that’s the story. When a Democrat screws up, the Republican response is the story.

As if liberal denial over what happened in Benghazi couldn’t get any worse, some Democrats are now claiming that any criticism of Susan Rice’s obvious lies is rooted in sexism…

Several House Democrats on Friday attacked Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz) as a racist, a sexist, and said that his criticism of U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice amounted to mugging and battering.

“There is a clear, a clear in my opinion, sexism and racism that goes with these comments that are being made by – unfortunately – Senator McCain and others,” Congressional Black Caucus chairwoman Rep. Marsha Fudge (D-Ohio.) said in a press conference Friday on Capitol Hill.

I’ll ignore the accusations of racism because they deserve to be ignored. This has absolutely nothing to do with race and anyone who’s following the story knows that.

But criticism of Rice is sexism? Really?

Where were these Democrats in 2008 when Obama supporters were wearing t-shirts that said Sarah Palin is a c-word? By the standards of these Democrats, I think Sarah Palin has a case for a lucrative lawsuit.

Where were these Democrats in the 2008 Democratic primary when Obama supporters were wearing anti-Hillary t-shirts that said Bros Before Hoes?

Maybe they were busy planning the Republican War on Women.
