Warmonger Elizabeth Warren Supports Obama’s Air Strikes in Iraq

August 8, 2014

I’m sure Senator Warren would be just as supportive if the president was someone other than Obama.

I can’t wait to hear what the folks at “Ready for Warren” have to say about this.

Via Masslive…

Sen. Elizabeth Warren says she supports President Obama’s decision to authorize airstrikes in Iraq

Warning against a new U.S. war in Iraq, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Friday stood by President Barack Obama’s decision to authorize targeted airstrikes to help defend Americans in Erbil, Iraq, and provide aid to a religious minority taking refuge in the Sinjar mountains.

“It’s a complicated situation right now in Iraq and the president has taken very targeted actions to provide humanitarian relief that the Iraqi government requested, and to protect American citizens,” Warren told reporters. “But like the president I believe that any solution in Iraq is going to be a negotiated solution, not a military solution. We do not want to be pulled into another war in Iraq.”

Reality to Mrs. Warren… We’re already in it.

I want to know the answer to this question from Iowahawk…

So let me get this straight, we stand by as Arab Spring ravages northern Africa, we ignore a couple hundred thousand deaths in Syria, we apologize for Russia shaving off the Crimea and, now, probably the rest of the Ukraine, we have no issue with Hamas lobbing rockets into Israel, it is okay for the Turks to kill the Kurds (the Iraqis get to do this too), we look the other way while Iran develops its nuclear attack capability, BUT we will strafe the militants in Iraq. And all along I had thought that President Obama did nothing to deserve the Nobel Peace Prize. Sometimes you just have to admit that you were wrong.

The Iowa legislature should declare David Burge a state treasure.
