Almost a Dozen Americans Have Joined ISIS to Fight in Syria and Iraq

August 29, 2014

Do you grasp the gravity of this?

Up to twelve people living in America have joined the worst terrorist group since al-Qaeda.

Pictured above – Americans who have NOT joined ISIS.

Report: ‘Nearly a dozen’ Americans fight for ISIS

There are “nearly a dozen” Americans fighting for the militant group the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), The New York Times reports, based on statements from U.S. officials.

The Thursday report follows news this week that at least one American, Douglas McAuthur McCain, had been killed in Syria while fighting for ISIS.

There have been fears over Americans and others with Western passports getting training and experience in Syria and returning to the U.S. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) said on “Meet the Press” on Sunday that “they are one plane ticket away from U.S. shores, and that’s why we’re so concerned about it.“

I’d like to take this opportunity to remind anyone who’s reading this that Democrats have spent the last six years casually referring to Republicans, Tea Party members and anyone else with conservative or libertarian leanings as hostage takers and terrorists whenever the moment suited them.

Rather than challenging such an outrageous claim, our overwhelmingly liberal media simply parroted these words as facts.

Now we have Americans joining a force that represents the greatest threat to America since 9/11 and it’s pretty safe to say they’re not members of the Tea Party.

Maybe Democrats and their media allies can offer an apology to all the Americans they’ve insulted after World War III.
