Obamacare Architect Ezekiel Emanuel to Old People: Let’s All Just Die At 75

September 20, 2014

Am I misreading something here?

It looks like a proponent of Obamacare suggesting old people should be willing to die by the age of 75 so they won’t be a burden on society or Obamacare or something.

This is disturbing…

I hope he dies at 75 too, so he can stop polluting the world with his ideas!

A liberal wag may say that’s three strikes against him. I am not a liberal wag and my dad is also a ninety year old republican driver. Here’s a toast to 91.

Aside from being the brother of former White House Chief of Staff Raum Emanuel and a senior fellow of the Center for American Progress, he is the health care policy adviser to the Obama administration and the US Office of Management and Budget. Given this, and despite his protest to the contrary, it’s hard to think of any reason why he would publish such an article unless he is “…advocating 75 as the official statistic of a complete, good life in order to save resources, ration health care, or address public-policy issues.”

Let’s just wait and see what this clown says on his 75th birthday. Any bets he has second thoughts?
