Obama To American Voters, History and Precedent: Fuck You
Obama is about to set a precedent that Democrats will someday regret…
President Obama to announce executive action on immigration Thursday
President Obama said in a video that he will lay out his proposal to overhaul the nation’s immigration system Thursday and will travel to Las Vegas on the heels of that announcement to rally support for his initiative on Friday.
“Tomorrow night I’m going to be announcing here from the White House some steps I can take to start fixing our broken immigration system,” Obama said in a video posted on Facebook Wednesday afternoon.
“Everybody agrees that our immigration system is broken.
No, actually… we don’t.
Obama wants you to believe that his amnesty plans are based on helping people and our supposedly broken immigration system. That’s a lie. Obama is doing this for purely political reasons.
In 2010, Americans were concerned about jobs and the economy but Obama wanted to pass Obamacare. The people elected more Republicans to congress than any time since the early 1900’s to stop him. His response? Fuck you, I’m doing it anyway.
Now is no different.
Americans don’t want what Obama wants and they voted overwhelmingly to give control of the senate to Republicans this month. Most people are still mostly concerned with the economy and jobs. Most Americans are not concerned with immigration.
Obama’s response? Fuck you, I’m doing it anyway.
His fans are trying to say this amnesty push is no different than what Reagan did in the 1980’s.
That’s also a lie.
Reagan signed a bill that was sent to him by congress.
Obama is – as liberals are so fond of accusing Bush – going it alone.
Unfortunately for the low information Obama cultists, he has no authority under the Constitution to create law, a point he himself has made on numerous occasions. His reasons are personal, cynical and like all things on the left, purely political.
Any Democrat, Progressive or Liberal who doesn’t speak out now will be barred from criticism when this precedent is used by a future Republican president.
You won’t like what’s going to happen but you know what we’ll say?
