Landrieu Loses Louisiana Runoff Election: The 2014 Shellacking is Now Complete

December 6, 2014

Breaking news from The Associated Press…

Democratic Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu defeated

Republican Bill Cassidy has defeated Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu, giving the GOP another victory in the final election of the 2014 midterms.

Cassidy’s win in Louisiana’s Saturday runoff pushes the Republican’s new Senate majority to 54 seats in January and costs Democrats their last Senate seat in the Deep South.

Landrieu fought to make the election a referendum on her own performance rather than on President Barack Obama. But she was unable to win a fourth term against the wave of GOP gains across Southern states and the strong unpopularity of the president.

Congratulations to Bill Cassidy. From what I’m hearing, it wasn’t even close.

The Democrat Party has become the Liberal Socialist Party. No longer just the Party of Slavery, Secession and Segregation, the Democrats are now the Party of SOCIALISM. People are waking-up to the FACTS and they don’t much like them. Democrats once stood for the “working man.” Now, with crony capitalism, they are the party of BIG GOVERNMENT and BIG BUSINESS, as long as that big business donates plenty of money to Democrats! As the Party of BIG GOVERNMENT, we have gotten in return, Democrat POWER, CONTROL and the clear makings of a POLICE STATE!
